I took my TV to Jr so I can fix our TV here it was amazing what he's done for our TV I fixed the TV right away talk 20 minutes for her to fix and he showed to us how simple it was and like he say when you take the TV there if it's a simple things he fixed right away and the charge is what he said was amazing I took my TV to different places here in Orlando estimate it was like $300 $500 there's one they give me the $600 and told me to throw the TV in the garbage when I talked to Jr he looking at TV and told me this is a simple thing fix and I have my TV here today I'm a very very happy I just wish I can give a Jr 10 points review because he deserve this this guy really like what you doing wish we have a more people like him in Orlando doing this service
At JR Electronics, everything is very transparent. They explained the issue with my PS5, showed me the parts that needed to be replaced, and detailed the costs. I felt very confident in their service.
Called JR on a Sunday and they were able to schedule a TV repair same day. Took less than an hour for them to diagnose the issue and fix a TV that was damaged from a lightning strike last year. Fast, competent, and friendly service. Highly recommend!
When I called to receive a quote about fixing my television I received a wealth of information and suggestions on how to move forward with my TV. I feel like this business is very honest and genuine, in addition to being extremely knowledgeable about various brands of TVs, warranties, and even gave me a smart trick to put the receipt in a plastic bag and tape it to the back of the TV. I would definitely recommend.
